Sarah is a parent to a wonderful, strong willed, engaging child who joined Sarah's family on a permanent basis when she (daughter) was 16 years old. Sarah specializes in parenting teenage girls with mental health struggles who are currently placed in foster care. Sarah is also a PCI Certified Parent Coach® who specializes in helping parents of children in foster care decrease yelling and increase connection moments.
