In this episode of the Understanding Your Strong-Willed Child Podcast, I speak with Tania Lopez, a counsellor and a teacher.

We can walk away from a situation and walk away from people, we can't walk away from what's going on in our own heads. About the speaker
Tania is a qualified hypnotherapist and has also worked as a counsellor and a teacher. She works with mums who are at their wits end because their children challenge them at every turn by refusing to listen to them and have regular melt downs. Tania loves helping mums to stop feeling dishearted with themselves and their parenting and to bring back some joy and fun into their own and their children's lives. She does this through a combination of hypnotherapy and coaching so she can really address both the conscious and unconscious issues going on for the mums.
